How I got 28km/Litre of petrol

I would like to share with you my findings on an ordinary tap water electrolizer that I designed myself and tested in my car. I ran with it for over 5 months and the results were astonishing...

The HHO Reactor:
I designed and built a small HHO reactor that works with ordinary tap water, NO CHEMICAL MIXES, and tested it on this car. The reactor used about 2.5A to 4A on the 13.8V alternator supply and temperatures remained relatively low at around 35 to 45 degrees C. The reactor was self regulating and could work with just about ANY ordinary tap water.

The test vehicle:
I drive a 2002 model Toyota Conquest Tazz 1300 car. The engine is in near perfect condition and it gets serviced at regular intervals. I normally get around 16km/liter of petrol in this car.

The Results:
The fuel efficiency of the test vehicle changed from 16km/liter to 28km/liter at 100km/hour. The CO2 emmitions from the exhaust were reduced by 40% and the engine ran much more quiet. It was easier to start in the mornings and you could feel a slight increase in engine power.

The vehicle ran with this device for about five months after witch it was serviced and found that the engine was still in the same condition as before the tests except for the fact that it was virtually cleaned from all carbon. The sparkplugs were in good condition and no rust was found on the valves.

Other tests are being done but results are still inconclusive.
